Blueberry Coconut Tart



One of our most popular kits and one of the easiest desserts you’ll ever make make! With a filling that bursts with flavour, a texture that’s smooth and light, and a colour that’s striking, this is truly one of the prettiest desserts you’ll ever serve! So stand back and enjoy the raves! Just like our Raspberry Coconut Tart, this blueberry tart can be made ahead, served as a frozen dessert or thawed in the refrigerator. Grab one of each! INGREDIENTS: Crust: organic raw almond meal, organic rolled oats, organic sorghum flour, organic agave syrup. Filling: organic cashews, organic coconut milk, organic coconut butter, organic agave syrup, pure vanilla extract.

Ingredients you will need: 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 large fresh lemon.

Special equipment you will need: high speed blender, food processor, 24 cm (9-inch) non-stick fluted tart pan with removable bottom. In the photos, we have used a 10 X 35 cm rectangular pan with removable bottom.

Bake Time: 30-45 mins crust and filling: Set Time: 4 hours, or can be frozen overnight

Servings: 12 recommended.
