Paired with a lovely, rich vegan Sauce Anglaise, you’ll want to serve this dessert time and time again. Yield: 12 – 16 servings
Ingredients: Dry: Organic whole wheat flour (ascorbic acid, amylase), organic ground cardamom, organic ground cinnamon, organic baking powder (alu, GMO and gluten-free), natural sodium bicarbonate. Wet: organic maple syrup, organic blackstrap molasses, organic unsweetened applesauce, distilled vinegar. Sauce Anglaise: organic cashews, organic coconut milk, pure vanilla extract.
- 250 ml 100% pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
