Bursting with lemon flavour and so simple to make make!  With a smooth and delectable light texture, this is truly a luscious dessert for all the lemon lovers out there. Whether you’re gluten-free, vegan or not, you’ll want to serve this time and time again. Just stand back and enjoy the raves!




Inside the box: one recipe card, parchment paper, plus the following ingredients: Crust: organic raw almond meal, organic rolled oats, organic sorghum flour, organic pink Himalayan salt. Filling: organic coconut milk, organic coconut butter, agar agar powder.

Ingredients you will need: fresh lemons, 100% pure maple syrup,  pure vanilla extract, turmeric powder (optional, for colour)

Special equipment you will need:  food processor, 24 cm (9-inch) non-stick fluted tart pan with removable bottom. You can also use a 10 X 35 cm rectangular pan with removable bottom to make this tart.

Bake Time: 30-40 mins crust and filling: Set Time: 2-4 hours  Servings: 12 recommended.
