Mango Custard Tart


This kit includes all of the ingredients you need to make one crispy tart shell and a smooth, creamy custard filling that is rivals any traditional custard made with dairy. In this photo we have topped the filling with a heaping mound of diced mangoes but you can use any fruit you like. Is there anything more delightful? This is truly a lovely dessert.



INGREDIENTS: Crust: organic raw almond meal, organic rolled oats, organic sorghum flour, 100% pure organic maple syrup, salt. Filling: organic dates, organic cashews, organic arrowroot, pure vanilla extract.

Ingredients you will need: 100% pure maple syrup, 2 or 3 large mangoes.

Special equipment you will need:  high-speed blender, food processor, 24 cm (9-inch) non-stick fluted tart pan with removable bottom.

Bake Time: 30 mins crust and filling: Set Time: 2-3 hours  Servings: 12-16  recommended.
