CRUST: organic raw almond meal, organic rolled oats, organic sorghum flour, organic agave syrup, salt.
FILLING: organic cashews, organic coconut milk, organic coconut butter, organic matcha powder.
Ingredients you will need: 1 large fresh lemon, 250 ml 100% pure maple syrup, 1.5 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Special equipment you will need: high speed blender, food processor, 8 or 9-inch spring form pan.
Bake Time: 30-45 mins crust and filling + soaking time for cashews Set Time: 4-6 hours or can be frozen overnight
Servings: 12 recommended.
