Pretty to look at and pure heaven to eat! This easy-to-make gluten-free raspberry tart with chocolate crust is sure to impress vegans and non-vegans alike. This dessert can be eaten from frozen or thawed first, in the refrigerator. We made this tart in a 9-inch non-stick fluted tart pan with a removable bottom for the photos, but it can also be made in an 8 and 9-inch non-stick spring-form pan. Yield: 12 servings.

Description

Inside the box: one recipe card, parchment paper plus the following ingredients:  Crust: organic raw almond meal, organic rolled oats, organic sorghum flour, organic cacao powder, organic pink Himalayan salt. Filling: organic cashews, organic coconut milk, organic coconut butter.

Ingredients you will need: fresh or frozen raspberries (200 gr), 100% pure maple syrup (185 ml), fresh lemon (1),  pure vanilla extract (1 tsp).

Special equipment you will need: high speed blender, food processor, 24 cm (9-inch) non-stick fluted tart pan with removable bottom.

Bake Time: Crust: prep – 5 mins; baking 12-15 mins.  Filling: prep – 15 mins; Set Time:  2-4 hours

Servings: 12 – 16.
