Making this cake at Christmas time every year is one of our favourite traditions and our veganized version pulls out all the stops. It’s just so good and its so easy. Ingredients: organic Medjool dates, organic almonds, whole white flour, organic baking powder, organic mixed spice, organic mixed dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, currants, orange peel), brandy. Almond Paste: organic almond meal, organic Medjool dates. Vegan Royal Icing: xylitol, organic coconut milk powder.
