Making this cake at Christmas time every year is one of our favourite traditions and our veganized version pulls out all the stops. It’s just so good and its so easy. Ingredients: Cake: organic mixed dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, currants, orange peel), organic Medjool dates, organic sliced almonds, organic whole white flour, organic baking powder, organic mixed spice, Brandy (optional). Almond Paste: organic almond meal, organic Medjool dates. Vegan Royal Icing: organic xyitol, organic coconut milk powder.
- 500 gr organic mixed dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, currants)
- 50 ml Brandy, optional
