Making this cake at Christmas time every year is one of our favourite traditions and our veganized version pulls out all the stops. It’s just so good and its so easy. Ingredients in your kit: Cake: organic Medjool or Deglet Noor dates, organic sliced almonds, organic whole white flour, organic baking powder, organic mixed spice, Brandy (optional). Almond Paste: organic almond meal, organic Medjool or Deglet Noor dates. Vegan Royal Icing: organic xyitol, organic coconut milk powder.
